Login Credentials and Password Protection

• Use them for unauthorized purposes (e.g., hacking, spamming)
• Keep a record of your login credentials in an insecure location
• Use automated programs or scripts to generate passwords or bypass security measures

Restricted Behaviour and Prohibited Activities

We may suspend or close your account if you engage in restricted behaviour, including but not limited to:

• Multi-accounting (creating multiple accounts using different information)
• Bonus abuse (exploiting bonuses for personal gain without following terms)
• Cheating or attempting to manipulate gameplay
• Breaching our Responsible Gaming policies or failing self-exclusion requirements

Bonus and Promotion Rules

Bonnuses are only available to eligible users, subject to specific terms, conditions, and wagering requirements. You must:

• Meet the minimum eligibility criteria for a bonus (e.g., age requirement)
• Accept and agree to abide by bonus terms before claiming
• Use bonuses responsibly; any abuse may result in restrictions or account closure

Withdrawals:

To withdraw funds from your account: (1) Log into your account, (2) navigate to the Cashier/Withdrawal page; (3) select an approved withdrawal option; and (4) confirm. We reserve the right to request documentation or further identification verification before processing any withdrawals.

We accept no liability for unforeseen circumstances that occur beyond our direct control (e.g., external attacks on security systems), which may affect the services we provide, resulting in temporary or permanent disruptions.
